- Kirk Rich
A native of Kentucky, Kirk M. Rich is a graduate of the Oberlin Conservatory of Music. Winner of the 2007 American Guild of Organists/Quimby Competition for Young Organists (Region V), Kirk has performed in the United States, France, and England, including the 2008 National Convention of the American Guild of Organists in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Matt Addington is our Youth Minister. Matt was born in Gastonia and lived in Gaston County for most of his life. He graduated from Western Carolina University in Aug. of 2003 with a B.S. in Sport Management and a concentration in Exercise Science and Fitness Management. During his time in college, he was very active in the Baptist Student Union. He served as Sport Ministry Chair, President, and upon graduation, he served as Intern to the Campus Minister.

Jill Tessier is Director of Parish Administration. Originally from Long Island, NY, she has been in the North Mecklenburg area since 2000, and is now living in Davidson with her three children. Jill is the one responsible for keeping the church running smoothly in almost every way--she manages the computers, weekly email, church bulletins and church calendars.

Meg McConnell is director of the St. Alban’s Preschool. She and her husband, Brad, are both Charlotte natives and currently reside in Mooresville. They have two grown children. Bradley and his wife Jaimie live in Matthews and are the proud parents of Ainsley. Daughter Megan is a 2006 graduate of NC State University and she married fellow NCSU alumnus, Matt Wagenhauser, in 2007. Megan and Matt live in South Charlotte. Meg has been working with preschool age children for over 20 years.
- Noreen O'Brien

Noreen O’Brien is our Financial Secretary. Noreen is originally from upstate NY and graduated from Binghamton University. She is married to Kevin who works with Lowes in Mooresville. They have three children: Katie (13) Connor (10) and Caroline (7) and a Golden Retriever named Molly. Noreen worked for Ernst & Young and UBS PaineWebber in NYC. The O’Briens moved to Charlotte in 2003.
